At Bella & Co, we strive to provide reliable and loving care for your pets. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident in booking our services.

 

 

Refund Eligibility

 

Because we do not charge cancellation fees, clients are free to cancel any booking at any time without penalty. However, if you’ve prepaid for a service and decide to cancel or are unsatisfied, we offer refunds in the following cases:

 

  • Canceled Services: If you cancel a prepaid service before it begins, you will receive a full refund.

  • Partial Services Rendered: If a service is cut short due to client changes (e.g., returning home early), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Service Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of care your pet received, please contact us directly. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a full or partial refund if appropriate.

 

 

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please contact us at Bellaand_co@yahoo.com within 7 days of the scheduled service date. Include your booking details and a brief explanation for the request. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services that have already been completed in full

  • Missed appointments without notice (though we do not charge cancellation fees, repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service)
