Bella & Co. provides professional pet sitting services, including but not limited to pet feeding, walking, overnight care, and companionship. Services are available by appointment and subject to availability.

 

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information about their pet(s), including health conditions, behavioural issues, medication needs, and emergency contact information. All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious conditions.

 

 

3. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. At Bella & Co, we do not have a cancellation policy—you may cancel your booking at any time without penalty or fees. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

4. Liability

While we care for your pet with the utmost attention and love, Bella & Co. is not liable for:

 

• Injury, illness, or loss of life due to pre-existing health conditions

• Damage to property caused by your pet during our care

• Any events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents)

 

 

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Bella & Co harmless from any claims arising from their pet’s actions during or after our services.

 

 

5. Keys and Access

Clients must provide safe and secure access to their home. We are not responsible for issues arising from malfunctioning locks, alarm systems, or entry restrictions not disclosed in advance.

 

 

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or during service is used only for scheduling and communication, and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law.

 

 

7. Changes to Terms
